I really really like this!!! All I’d like to see is some minor automation. Bring back magma blocks!! Lava is wayyyyu too slow and we can’t upgrade the kill rate.

I mean... I dont know about no xp spent on those LOL.
We will continue to monitor and tweak how the Enchant Purchase system works.

Is there any ETA on when bosses are going to come out? The season before last did it fairly well and it was lots of fun. Even if it was repetitive. I was under the impression this season would have bosses...

I was under the impression this season would be fun for pvpers. Im not one personally, but i'd rather fish than go for a skydrop. That's when you know it's bad

i will say a decent update overall.

with that said please move the resources (wood. ore, farming) to the spawn area. make neat little islands like every other ones if you want (personally i like having them spread around its kind of a hunt for them). or bring back a modified version of the immunity orbs. 10 minutes make with a hour cooldown or something like that.

also, fix the existing problems (note: i have not double checked the junk to see if the have been fixed with this patch but i did check the rest)

junk in the fish ponds. either adjust the loot, adjust the cost of the nets, make the nets break less often or just get rid of that feature altogether. its not worth spending 10k per net for a one time use that gives you junk items with maybe a ok auctionable item that wont even break even on what you spent.

/warp on my islands does not work. i was able to set them and use them for a day and now nothing.

fishing rods are no longer backwards compatible. if you are currently at a gold level and need to fish the stone pond you have to have a stone rod now. it defeats the purpose of upgrading the rod (and losing the old one) just to have to make more.

this last part is for me personally.

it has been mentioned that this season is not really a "skyblock" feel. i completely agree. people have said "just wait its only a couple of weeks in" but it is more than just the fact you are having us do everything at spawn. i get that part when you are first starting out. the whole point of a skyblock server is to gather some outside resources (seeds, eggs etc.) and then build your island from there. its good you have made adjustments to the island levels. this will make it better for those of use that solo but still want to be a big island.

but there is a lack of reason for people to come to the islands whether its to get money from grinders, collect resources or even back to the old skyblocks to have a player shop. its just not there. so there is not really a reason to go to other islands. bring the reason back.

please bring back player shops. not just for ranks but for everyone. if you want to make something special for ranks you could have them have the ability to use item placeholders for shop merchants (ie citizen or item holder) and non ranks have to use signs. but do something.

please redo the crafting/challenges hierarchy. when we do these the goal is to be able to get the extras. whether its the random extra drop (anthill, buried treasure etc) or to gain a recipe unlock its what drives the progression to the next level. right now its kind of backwards. a good example is the extra drops are triggered by the armor sets (personally i love this idea) but you dont get the ability to do this until the end of that area. so you really dont get to use it unless you grind for items you really dont even need. it should be one of the first things. either that or make the armor upgrade from the next level. so when a person starts out they either have to grind lets say 500 so that would be enough to make the armor or its already unlocked and they can make the armor right away. and the armor upgrade would be those current resources to make the next area available. then the next can be a recipe or special item drop and the last would be the pet. again the pet is for the next section (because lets be honest an extra drop of a wheat or cobblestone is not the way to make your fortune)

please fix the island levels some more. the only reason i upgrade my island is to have access to place things like trees, seeds and spawners. the size is a secondary and lastly is the amount of people. i dont share my island. the first 10 or so levels should be the ones for all the resources and ability to place certain blocks. with a sprinkle of size and player count in there. the last of the levels would be to size more exclusively.

i personally would like to see two wz warps. one for the one in place and one that has a old skybounds feel where there is a pvp area but a safe area that you can mine and collect resources and yes even have some chests spawn. this still gives the pvpers their ganking power (this is the complaint that they now dont have any reason for wz right since you moved the vamps out right) but still give non - pvpers the opportunity to get loot and resources. have them both run for weeks and see which one gets more play. this will tell you what way to go from there.

lastly,stop putting something in one season and getting rid of it the next. i get you find a mod to do something but if it works fine dont mess with it. a good example is koth. it worked last season so other than changing the map there should have been no reason to get rid of it. same goes with the bosses. just because it might not be your favorite thing does not mean the majority of your players dont like it also. this is the reason you are bleeding players.

ok for real, last one. (its a two parter). put your server on a voter system and give rewards for the voting. note though by doing this you are going to have a lot of new players so you need to do a tutorial island or make your beginners challenges a step by step process of the basics. for example. at spawn you would have a big sign that says "to begin: type /ch and follow the first challenge." then actually put descriptions on the challenges. the first one would be make an island by typing /is. the reward would be something like a crafting table. then the next would be to craft a hoe (if you are going to keep using the custom craft you would have the basic tool to plant a wheat seed so they could make a wood hoe on a crafting table). and the reward would be a seed. then the next would be to plant the seed. the reward is more dirt. the next would be to expand and harvest enough upgrade the tool and the reward would be whatever you want them to move on in the next crafting, mining etc. you do this until they have gone through all the basics of this server. so every 2 minutes the chat does not have to be "how do i" or what does this". you could also give them a book at the beginning but i like the challenge line to go along with teaching.

that's it. remember you said to post if we had ideas.

more like terrible, warzone has 0 point, even with buffed skydrops.
they can buff it as much as they want, they'll never be a balance against or for pve/pvp, that's not something that can be fixed overnight.
